About this artwork

I wrote this affirmation, for my Son. I want him to grow up, knowing that empathy & kindness makes him strong. I hope he will know the power of his voice, in knowing wrong from right. I hope he will know his big heart & bold mind are his super strengths everyday.

Did you know (according to Dr Seligman) humans and children have the ability to recognise and challenge self-defeating thoughts and replace them with more constructive, optimistic alternatives. This is why I believe these words are important.

This print can be spoken aloud or hung as a visual reminder of the strength and love children carry. Each child is special, unique and powerful and these words hope to affirm, grow and inspire everyday so they can ROAR their love and their truth in everyday.
