Returns Policy
1. Custom Orders
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons.
2. Proof Approval
By approving your digital proof, you confirm your complete satisfaction with the design. No returns will be accepted based on design preferences after this point.
If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately by replying to your confirmation email with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

When you purchase products from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we store the personal information you provide us including your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With relation to Email Marketing, with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
